Project Manager – Industrial Flow Solutions

A-FRANK is looking for an experienced Project Manager who can lead industrial projects with structure, commercial awareness and strong technical understanding.

You will be responsible for coordinating projects from order confirmation to completed delivery. The role involves close communication with customers, engineers, production teams, suppliers and external partners.

You will ensure that every project is delivered safely, efficiently and according to the agreed quality, schedule and commercial requirements.

• Plan and manage industrial customer projects from start to completion
• Define project scope, milestones, responsibilities and delivery schedules
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, production, logistics and installation activities
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders
• Monitor project budgets, risks, changes and delivery progress
• Ensure that technical documentation and customer requirements are correctly managed
• Lead project meetings and document decisions and actions
• Identify potential delays or risks and take preventive action
• Support project handover, installation, commissioning and final documentation
• Contribute to improved project-management methods and processes

Qualifications

• Relevant technical or engineering education
• At least three years of experience managing industrial, construction, infrastructure or technical delivery projects
• Experience coordinating several internal and external stakeholders
• Good understanding of project budgets, schedules, risks and contractual requirements
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Professional working proficiency in both Swedish and English
• Good digital skills and experience with project-management tools

Experience from piping systems, process industries, water infrastructure, manufacturing or technical installations is considered an advantage.
