Product Description
Our stress-crack resistant PE 100-RC fitting programme of electro-socket fittings and couplers covers a dimensional range from OD 20 mm up to OD 2500 mm. Beside the standard fittings, tailored solutions are produced for individual construction projects.
Fittings are manufactured in modern German and Austrian production facilities from high-performance raw materials. This ensures consistent high quality and a long service life of the components.
The programme is approved for gas and potable water supply: PE 100-RC fittings and surebends formed out of pipe hold DVGW approvals across the full dimensional range, and the fittings are covered by FM Approval Class 1613.

Surebend formed out of pipe
Sweep bends formed out of PE 100-RC pipe are proven and fulfil the highest DVGW requirements for gas and potable water supply. Beside the standard programme, other SDR levels and special angles are available on request.

Customised fittings made of PE 100-RC
For simple and rapid installation on the construction site, our own plastic workshop produces specific fittings in various pressure ratings according to customer requirements.
Special designs are manufactured in-house, which keeps manufacturing and delivery times short.
Hydrant connections in the drinking water supply
Hydrant connections are used to connect shut-off valves at branches through a prefabricated part with an integrated connection to an underground hydrant.
