Ecomiles PE Cable Protection System provides durable protection for underground high-voltage and extra-high-voltage cable infrastructure. The system is designed for demanding installation environments, long service life and reliable protection of power cables up to 525 kV.
Ecomiles pipes are resistant to service temperatures above 70°C and are suited for trenchless installation methods. Their age-resistance and high durability not only add additional protection to the power cable but also ensure effortless replacement even after well over 50 years of service life.
Ecomiles piping systems are produced in modern German and Austrian production facilities with high-performance raw materials, ensuring consistent quality and long service life.
Ecomiles cable protective pipes are designed for demanding underground energy infrastructure. They provide durable protection for high-voltage and extra-high-voltage cables and are suitable for trenchless installation methods where long-term reliability is required.
Ecomiles piping systems are produced in modern German and Austrian production facilities with high-performance raw materials, ensuring consistent quality and a service life of more than 100 years.
Ecomiles electro socket fittings create homogeneous connections between cable protection pipes. The fittings are produced from the same high-temperature-resistant PE material as the cable protection pipes. The connection is made on the outside of the pipe and therefore does not cause any significant reduction to the internal cross-section.
Adapter-couplers connect cable protection pipes with different outside diameters or SDR classes. The particularly low gradient of the centric reducer adapters ensures gentle pulling of the power cable. To connect longer pipe strings through heated butt welding, the wall-integrated HS-adapter is available. Because of the chamfered joining zones, the inner bead does not have to be removed as it forms a wall-integrated inner bead, therefore not causing any reduction to the internal cross-section.
