Overview
PKS-Secutec is a pipe system specially developed for leakage monitoring. An intermediate monitoring and control space sits between the media-carrying inner layer and the outer layer, supporting common leakage-monitoring procedures. This makes PKS-Secutec suitable for applications involving media hazardous to groundwater.
PKS-Secutec is the first pipe system of its kind to receive DIBt approval and is available in dimensions DN 500 to DN 3500. The welded system is designed for increased operational and environmental safety.

Leakage Monitoring
PKS-Secutec integrates a dedicated monitoring and control space between the media-carrying inner layer and the outer layer. This intermediate space allows the pipe system and its welded connections to be monitored for leakage, significantly increasing safety in environmentally sensitive applications.
Two official monitoring options are available:
- Recurring leakage monitoring using the negative-pressure method.
- Permanent leakage monitoring using an electrical leakage-monitoring system.
