Product Description
All FRANK chamber manifolds are completely pre-assembled and are delivered leak-tested. With different designs and sizes, we cover the requirements of all building projects.
Compact chamber manifolds are available for the connection of surface collectors, energy baskets or geothermal probes, with up to 8 circuits and intended for wall mounting. They are easy to assemble thanks to small dimensions and low weight. The distributor is fully equipped with shut-off and control fittings as well as integrated flow meters; the circuit connections pointing downwards are welded watertight into the bottom of the shaft, and the manhole cover is provided with a seal and can be locked.
An optimised, completely prefabricated solution is available for small and medium-sized construction projects, for the direct connection of geothermal probes or energy baskets. The chamber wall, floor and cover are made of plastic, and all connections are welded watertight through the chamber wall. The integrated manifold with up to 12 circuits is complete with shut-off and control valves and a lockable plastic manhole cover class A15.
Further versions offer a manifold with up to 12 circuits in a compact size with an inspection-friendly, bright chamber housing and a horizontally arranged manifold bar, where the chamber cover can be adjusted to the required height on site using the telescopic insert and a shut-off ball valve in the heat pump connection is optionally available. A compact version with a light-coloured chamber housing of 750 mm diameter and up to 10 circuits is also available.
The chamber manifold made of FRANK PE 100 spiral pipe is pre-assembled at the factory with an inspection-friendly, light inner surface and an integrated manifold in V-shape. The chamber cover has a telescopic insert for easy height adjustment, a class A15 manhole cover — optionally available as a drive-over version — and a version with up to 24 brine circuits. The manifold is complete with shut-off and control valves in the brine circuits, and all connections are made watertight through the chamber body.
